I also understand the capital investment, financial planning and funding processes required to plan and build new schools, whilst maintaining existing schools.

I will work collaboratively with students, families, staff, education partners and community stakeholders to ensure SD62 continues to build new schools and create inclusive, diverse and innovative learning spaces.  

I am passionate about developing lifelong learners and skills that allow students to feel a sense of belonging and connection to their school and our community.

I will develop and build upon collaborative relationships and partnerships across all municipal and Indigenous communities, and  provincial, regional and local community organizations to provide services that promote and support well-being, safety and a sense of belonging and connection in our schools and our community.  

I believe in the importance of diverse, inclusive and innovative educational programs, services and learning spaces. 

Programs and services that meet the individual needs of all learners and ensure successful transition throughout a student's educational journey is one of my  top priorities.
